This item includes the trundle frame only, which is made to fit under our Nomad and Charleston bed frames (sold separately). The trundle is designed so that a 39×74 inch twin mattress will overhang 1 inch on each edge. We recommend using with a mattress 8 inches thick or less to fit under our bed frames. This frame is is made of solid unfinished poplar hardwood. The wood has been kiln dried and planed on 4 sides to be smooth to the touch. The wood takes stain or paint exceptionally well but most of our customers elect to leave it as is and enjoy the beauty of natural wood. This frame is made with pride in the USA and comes with a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty.
