This means minimal-to-no knots and beautiful, smooth, furniture grade wood that looks great on its own but takes paint extremely well. This adorable bed frame adds a simple, but bold statement to any bedroom. Now your child can play house -in their own house- without taking up valuable bedroom space! The standard setup comes as just the frame, unpainted (sanded and ready to paint), with base boards that measure 5″ wide, and upper pieces that measure 3″ wide. This version also is raised on legs 6″ as pictured. Stands about 6’4″ tall. Each frame is carefully packaged and sent with all necessary hardware and simple instructions. The bed comes as “ready to paint/stain/coat”, I do not offer this service because of shipping and time restrictions. They are very easy to paint with a 4″ roller and about a quart or 2 of paint, and they take a stain/clear coat very well. You will need a #2 square bit (6″ long style), an extra set of hands (although I’ve done this myself many times), and a common cordless power drill (nothing fancy).
